ZPE-USA.COM was originally dedicated to discovering and reporting Esoterik and Religious Fraud, but we have decided to expand to new areas. If you have problems or know anything related to the following themes, we’ld like to hear your story.

You should provide as much information as possible and list all of your evidence. DO NOT SEND US YOUR ORIGINAL EVIDENCE!!!  If we find enough information to support your position, we will investigate your problem further.  Of special interest are:

Germany 18th in Anti-Corruption! Germany, member of the G-8, makes a poor showing in recent report on corruption.  The survey places the industrial nation in the same league as many eastern european countries.

“TNT Lawyer” receives Parole!   20 lbs of high explosive TNT were found in the offices of the Düsseldorf Celebrity attorney Achim Meisel.  The punishment - 18 months improsement reduced to parole. Meisel’s answer, “It was very stupid of me.”  It is unclear if the German bar will undertake action.  Mr. Holl, “We don’t make announcements regarding individuals we investigate, or are possibly under investigation.”

ZPE-USA.COM defeats Eight temporary injunctions imposed by the County Court of Düsseldorf, Judge Neiseke presiding! The court orders were filed by Peter Ricken of Ganteführer, Marquardt and Partner, Düsseldorf; on behalf of Dimos Pilingos a convicted felon (aka. Herr Timor), Caroline Sies of Matterhorn Consulting and Stefanie Schlobohm for ZPE GmbH. Six of the court orders were overturned by the Upper Court of Düsseldorf and the final two were dropped by Margitta Meiwald’s lawyer, Peter Ricken, in an out-of-court settlement.
